We've owned and operated our large, successful school since 1981.
We currently have 35 staff members that have been with us for many years. We do not have the high staff turnover that many corporate centers do. Because of this we have strong relationships and have a developed a team that works well together.
We're family owned and operated. We have three directors with over 90 years of collective experience.
Our business model is complete. There are no opening day jitters.
We have a complete curriculum that has been kid tested and approved.
A new corporate center needs to find a director who is reliable, knowledgable, and trustworthy to run the school. Often people lack the experience and become overwhelmed, leaving big corporate schools scrambling for a new director often.
Corporate schools are often purchased by people with no background in education.
Corporate schools are often owned by absent individuals or the corporation itself. This leaves little room to build relationships with families and staff.
Corporate schools must answer to the corporate office. We are able to meet the individual needs of the families, children, and staff. We are flexible and dedicated to the children and families we serve.
Our business is not a typical business where the directors implement policies. It is much more than that. The needs of the people it serves can sometimes change daily. It isn’t and should not be a cookie cutter business.
